Eleazar Perez. has been living in the U.S for a long time. Since she was young Eleazar owned a Chalupa stand back in Mexico. Years later she came to the United States and eventually saw in Red Hook Park a good spot to sell food. Since then, she has been progressing into what she is known today. Eleazar would like to give thanks to all her customers who have shown support through her time in Red Hook Park. "Thank you, and please keep coming to my stand" words of Eleazar Perez, who is also known lovingly by the name of "Chai".
